Atomic Design Studio respects your confidentiality and need for privacy. Below is our pledge on use of e-mail or cookies, disclosure of your details and other aspects of your online privacy.

Atomic Design Studio understands that your privacy is important to you (as it is to us). As a result, we undertake to:

• Identify and alert you of any pages on the Atomic site which use 'cookies'
• Not use or disclose information about any individual's browsing habits (unless directed to do so by an Australian Law Enforcement Agency)
• Not use, share, sell, hire or give away any of your personal information for any reason other than that which you expressly permit us to
• Not send SPAM or unsolicited e-mails to you. If you feel at any stage that Atomic is sending you unsolicited e-mail, please let us know and we will remove your name from our mailing lists (if you wish). We remove names and addresses from our mailing lists manually and usually within a couple of days, in order to ensure that it is successfully completed. Atomic also ensures that the person who receives the removal request is the person who actually performs the removal. This ensures that there is no complacency or assumptions that someone else has done it already.

When you send us an e-mail via any of the contact forms on the Atomic web site, or when you send us an e-mail manually, your e-mail arrives in our Inbox and is not disclosed to any person or entity other than those for whom it was intended. Any e-mail you send could possibly end up as the victim of a Virus or Trojan Horse designed to 'harvest' e-mail addresses. As a result, Atomic undertakes regular (multiple times a week) anti-virus updates and maintenance, spyware removal and other practices (such as not opening unsolicited e-mail attachments) in order to protect YOUR details.

Finally, at Atomic we are only human beings like yourself. Should we 'blow it' and make an error, please be patient with us and let us know. We'll do our best to fix the problem.

A note for both existing and potential clients: Atomic understands confidentiality and has, at times, been both the initiator and the recipient of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements. As a result, we are more than happy to enter into a confidentiality agreement with you organisation. We value our privacy, confidentiality and trade secrets and we also honour and respect yours.
